Yunika Corporation has begin displaying its World Entertainment Express programming of international entertainment events from Monday October 10. Produced in collaboration with Caesars Entertainment Corporation, the first programs featured video footage of performances in Las Vegas held by famous recording artists at Caesars Palace and the Paris Las Vegas hotel.

Following on the heels of Yunika Vision’s previous video transmission of spring and summer fashion collections, this new and original video content featured fall and winter collections from famous brands, and brought the latest news on fashion trends from the four major fashion centers of Paris, Milan, New York, and London. Styles from the Fashion Runway Fall and Winter 2011/2012 showcased 25 brands and their new seasonal lineups with scenes of models glamorously displaying items on the runways of exciting fashion shows.


Announcements on the status of electricity usage in the metropolitan Tokyo area have been displayed at Yunika Vision since July 1. Now, in response to requests for saving electricity, Yunika Vision began displaying electricity forecasts as announced on the Web site of Tokyo Electric Power Corporation from July 14.

As a third initiative for rejuvenating Shinjuku and helping the country regain its confidence following the earthquake, Yunika Corporation teamed up with Marui and offered free screen time for shop and sales-campaign information to about 100 shops in the department store's five Shinjuku locations. Information on selected shops also was transmitted in real time via the microblogging service, Twitter.

Yunika Vision displayed information on game results along with photographs (from Kyodo News) for all 64 games of the 2010 FIFA South Africa World Cup - the world's largest football tournament - covering the group stage to the championship match. The information was promptly displayed within a few hours after the games by obtaining the match results directly from news sources. Transmission period: June 12 - July 12, 2010
